If you are using a phone with two SIM cards (a dual SIM phone), SIM1 is used for creating an internet connection. SIM1 is in the internal SIM card holder of the phone. If you want to create an internet connection using the other SIM card, swap the SIM cards in your phone.
To create an Internet connection for the first time, do the following:
In the Home view, click Connect now. Depending on the phone model you are using, the Internet connection is created as follows:
Tips:
If your home operator is not listed, you can define the settings for the Internet connection by filling in the connection details. Then click Connect.
If something goes wrong, click Retry if you want to try to connect again with the same settings, or Back to check the operator to be used or to check that the connection settings are correct.
If you have a Nokia Suite view other than Home open, you can choose Tools > Connect to Internet to create an Internet connection. Also, if your computer is already connected to the Internet, you can use this option to create another Internet connection.
Once you are connected to the internet, you can see detailed information about the connection in the left-hand area of Home. The following information is displayed:
Operator or access point in use.
Duration of the current Internet connection.
Amount of data transferred during the current Internet connection.
Note:
If you have a Nokia Suite view other than Home open, the phone area indicates that you are connected to the Internet.

- The connection is created automatically OR You need to choose the operator to be used when creating an Internet connection.
